After YouCam Perfect is installed, I cannot find my album photos. Why?

Q: After YouCam Perfect is installed, I cannot find my album photos. Why?

Possible case: User that has cleaner app installed on his/her Android device and such app might have accidentally removed photos without end user's consent. Status: CyberLink is now implementing mechanisms to prevent photos (taken and/or edited by YouCam Perfect) from being removed by such cleaner. It is highly recommended that you update YouCam Perfect when you see the next update notification. Solution: 1. If your photos are not yet removed, CyberLink suggests that you periodically backup your photos. 2. Contact us at YouCamPerfect_AppSupport@cyberlink.com , with device model, OS version, installed cleaner app name (and version), and reproduction steps.
