What does "Smart Fit" do and what can it do for me?

"Smart Fit" makes best use of the disc capacity and video quality. "Smart Fit" detects disc capacity then determines the compression data rate, so you don’t have to calculate the best video quality. "Smart Fit" can automatically burn at the best video quality for your available disc space. If you are unable to determine "Video Quality", "Smart Fit" solves it for you.
You may select more video content than will actually fit on the disc normally; not exceeding 3 hours in total, and "Smart Fit" will compress the contents. Please note that the quality may be lesser than the original due to the compression.
