Under Windows Vista, the visual effects (frames, particles, filters, distortions and emotions) are not working properly in CyberLink YouCam 7. What can I do?
Symptom
You notice that one of the following features is not working properly under Windows Vista:
- Selected emotion doesn't apply.
- The thumbnails in the particles room is white.
- The filters, distortions and frame windows are empty.
- The Face-in and Face-out preview window displays a black screen.

Please download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 by performing a Windows Update or download it from link below:
