How do I use the video frame interpolation feature to export videos in CyberLink PowerDirector 365?

PowerDirector 365 (version released after Nov. 2024) supports the video frame interpolation feature to make smoother produced videos. Using a GPU that supports the AI video frame interpolation through hardware processing, PowerDirector adds additional frames into the source videos, which is useful when you're producing a higher-frame-rate video in a video project that includes lower-frame-rate videos.

This feature is currently supported on the following Intel GPU models* using the driver version 32.0.101.6299 or newer:

Intel Integrated GPU

• Meteor Lake (Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 1)):
  Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 Processor 135HL, Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 Processor 164U, Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 Processor 185H, etc.
• Lunar Lake (Intel® Core™ Ultra Processors (Series 2)) :
  Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 Processor 226V, Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 Processor 258V, Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 Processor 288V, etc.

Intel Discrete GPU

• Alchemist (Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics):
  Intel® Arc ™ A310E, Intel® Arc™ A350M, Intel® Arc™ A770, etc.

To use the feature, do this:

1. After done editing a video project, click Export to produce the video.
2. On the Export page, select the Intel Video Frame Interpolation option**, which is located under the Frame Rate selection field.
3. Click Export to start the video production.

Note:

* This feature is not supported on AMD and NVIDIA GPUs currently.
** This option is only available when the export frame rate is set to 50/60 fps or higher, and only available on a platform that uses the supported Intel GPU models listed above.
