When I try to play a YouTube video with CyberLink TrueTheater Enhancer, I receive an error message.

If you experience an error message while trying to play a YouTube video with CyberLink TrueTheater Enhancer, this is because YouTube recently changed its API (application programming interface). CyberLink TrueTheater Enhancer is programmed around the YouTube API.
