U Messenger supports the devices that meet the below requirements.

  • Intel Core™ i-series (2nd Generation) or AMD Phenom® II for meetings.
• Memory:
  • 4GB.
• Hard Disk Space:
  • 100MB for installation.
  • 500MB recommended for cached chats.
• Internet:
  • Internet connection is required for sending/receiving messages.
  • For meeting participation, a bandwidth of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload is recommended.
  • For desktop sharing, 2 Mbps upload.
  • For 1-on-1 voice call, 100Kbps (up/down).
• Other
  • Camera and microphone required for meeting participation.
