Why can't I see StreamAuthor 4 project under Windows 2000 and using IE5.0/Windows Media Player 6.4?

For this kind of problem, we suggest that you please go to Windows Update Center to update your Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player to the latest version. To conect to  Windows Update Center: 

  1. Launch the Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to "Tools->Windows Update".
