When I watch the files I created from the Screen Capture mode, why is the motion delay?

Two solutions to fix that. (1) Please choose the profile with higher bitrate such as the high- speed Internet 256 kbps profile. Or please create a new proflie with higher bitrate. (2) Please upgrade your computer equipment since it may take more system resource in real compressing, including CPU and system's RAM.
