In Live Presentations, how can I stop recording after pressing the Record button and how do I make sure the best setting for my Hard Disk drive?

Press "ESC" to stop recording and return to the working window. Check the DMA option for your Hard Disk settings to get best A/V recording performance.

Under Windows 98, select and right-click the "My Computer" icon, choose "Properties" and then select the "Device Manager" tab. Click on your disk under "Disk Drives", click "Properties", check "hardware settings" (varies for different drives), and check DMA.

Under Windows 2000, select and right-click "My Computer", choose "Properties " and then select the "Hardware" tab and click "Device Manager". Click on your disk under Disk Drives, right-click and choose "Properties", check your hardware settings (varies for different drives) and check DMA.
