Why are there delays in the video file captured from Display Screen Capture?

There are 2 solutions for solving this problem. First, select a profile with a higher bitrate profile, such as "Screen capture for high speed intranet (256Kbps)", or create and use your own profile; secondly, use more advanced computer hardware because real-time compression needs as much system resources as possible.
