Why have those video files captured delay from Display Screen Capture?

There are 2 solutions to resolve this problem. Firstly, select a higher bitare profile, such as "Screen capture for high speed intranet (256Kbps)", or "create and use your own profile"; secondly, use more advanced computer hardware because real-time compression needs as much system resources as possible.
