Why I used "Screen Capture" function to capture the monitor screen but the recorded video was blurred? How to resolve this problem?

ATI's graphic card has some compatible problem with StreamAuthor. Here is our suggest to resolve this problem.

Solution: Right-click on screen and select [Properties] --> [Settings] tab --> [Advance] --> [Troubleshooting] tab. Adjust the setting of "Hardware acceleration" to "None" and then click "Apply".
