Why can't I import a .PPT file?

When you import the .PPT file, StreamAuthor will call PowerPoint to convert .PPT into a web page. You can try to open your .PPT in PowerPoint and go to "File->Save as->Web Page", which gives the same result. Please update your Office from Office Update Center or contact to Microsoft for tech-support.
