What is the Stop Motion effect parameter in the Action Camera Center in CyberLink PowerDirector 15?
The Stop Motion effect parameter in the Action Camera Center lets you "skip frames" in a video. This effect pauses on a frame of video for a specified number of frames, before jumping to the current frame of video. For example, if the parameter is set to 10, the video will stop on a frame of video for 10 frames, before jumping to the current frame of video. The total video duration in the time shift will remain the same duration.
