How do I share my computer's desktop during a U meeting?
For Windows version:
To share your computer's desktop, click 
in the meeting window.
For macOS version:
To share your computer's desktop, click in the meeting window.
The first time you use the desktop sharing feature in the U Mac version, the macOS requires that you enable the Screen Recording permission for the U Mac version first:
- Select Open System Preferences on the macOS security prompt dialog when you clicked the desktop sharing button in your U meeting session.
- Click the
icon to unlock the security settings, and then select U to allow the screen recording permission in the Security & Privacy > Screen Recording setting page. - After U is selected/allowed in the page, select Quit & Reopen on the macOS dialog to re-launch U. The screen recording permission will take effect after you re-launch U Mac version.
Note: You only have to set up the above configuration once if you haven't added the permission previously for the macOS.
