Why can't I use the screen capture function to record playing video?

Please go through the steps below:

1. Login Windows, click "Run" of Start menu at lower left of screen
2. Import "dxdiag" -> "ok" -> "yes"
3. Disable function of "DirectDraw acceleration" at display tab
