What is "Right-To-Disc" function of PowerDirector 4.0?

This is feature that allows you to record video directly from a DV camcorder to DVD, without the need to write to a hard drive buffer first. It reduces large hard disk requirements. With PowerDirector 4, video can also be transferred from a TV, PC Camera, or VCR. You can create their disc in DVD-VR, DVD+VR or DVD-Video formats.  Right-to-Disc?
