I can't see my control panel and TV window on the screen. But "PowerVCR II" and the "TV window" are on the taskbar. How can I get them back?

There should be 3 icons on the taskbar "Power VCR II", "Video Window" and "TV Tuner". Please follow the steps to open up them one by one:

Power VCR II Move cursor to "Power VCRII" --> right click --> select "move" --> move the cursor to the middle of screen --> "Shift" + left click --> then, Power VCRII will open up automatically. Please follow the same steps as above to get Video Window and TV Tuner back.
