How do I restore files without having PowerBackup on my PC?

You can restore PowerBackup files using the Restore Tool instead of launching the PowerBackup program. During file backup, check the option "Include the Restore Tool" in the destination step. An execution file will be generated along with the backup file under the destination folder. Run the execution file to restore the source files.
