How do I register a U Webinar which requires registration?
If a U webinar can only be watched by a registered audience, you have to register for the webinar in advance.
If you have the webinar URL, just open the URL to visit the webinar registration webpage. Your name and e-mail address will automatically be filled into the registration form and then click the Register button to submit it.
If you have the webinar ID, you can use your U Messenger to send the registration request.
In the PC or Mac version of U Messenger, please follow the steps below:
- Click Home.
- Click Join a Meeting or Webinar.
- Enter a webinar ID and then your name.
- Click Join.
- You will be led to the registration form webpage and you can just click the Register button to register for the webinar.
In the mobile version of U Messenger, please follow the steps below:
- Tap Meetings.
- Tap Join a Meeting or Webinar.
- Enter a webinar ID and then your name.
- Tap Join to open the registration form.
- Tap Register to register for the webinar.
After the webinar's host approves your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the webinar URL and webinar ID for watching the webinar when it broadcasts.
