How do I start and edit my videos in CyberLink Promeo?

To start your editing in CyberLink Promeo, here is a brief go-through for your reference:

1. After Promeo has launched, select a template to quickly create a video clip, or select a blank template that fits the aspect ratio of the social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to create a video project at the Home page.
2. You can add/change the background of your video on the Background tab by selecting a photo, video, or a color (colorboard) for each video scene.
   
   You can also click See All on the Background > Videos/Photos tabs to search for and import media from the iStock (Getty Images) stock library.
3. In the Videos/Photos tab, you can add videos and photos from the iStock stock media library and also photos from templates, to decorate your video. You can also add your own photos to your video by clicking the Import button.
4. In the Text tab, you can add text/titles to your video. CyberLink also offers large amounts of creative title templates to let you add to your videos in just a few clicks.
5. In the Overlays/Stickers tab, you can add stickers as overlays to decorate your video.
6. In the Brand tab, you can apply your logo, brand colors, brand tone, fonts, and more to your projects.
7. In the Music tab, you can add background music for your video from the Meta Collection library. You can also add your own music as the background music by clicking the Import button.
   
   The music you added will be automatically trimmed to fit the length of your video scenes. You can click and drag the trimmed range (of the music clip) on the time bar to decide which part of the music clip you would like to use in the video.
8. While editing, you can click on any added title or overlay object in the preview window to edit them further. The supported editing options (e.g., crop, fonts, color filter, flip, etc.) of each object you selected will be shown at the top tool bar accordingly after clicking on them.
9. After all the editing is done, click the Export & Share* button to produce and share your video artworks.
   You can also save your edited video as a project or template on your local hard drive for reuse next time by clicking the File > Save option. The saved projects** are placed at the Projects tab.

Note:

* The Share option in the Export & Share dialog supports sharing your edited video templates to CyberLink Director Zone, so other Promeo users can use the shared templates to produce their artwork. It is not an upload option to share produced videos.

** The projects that you saved or edited in CyberLink Promeo cannot be edited in CyberLink PowerDirector 365.
