Can I capture non real-time DV if I have less than 150MB free HDD space left on my PC?
No, this is not possible. PowerEncoder MPEG-4 Edition uses your hard disk as the buffering space for transcoding DV contents. It is recommended that you have sufficient free disk space before conducting non real-time DV capturing.
