I can not install PowerDVDSE on WinXP, when I install, it will freeze my computer, how should I do?

This problem may be cuased by Norton Anti-Virus, since Norton Antivirus Misidentifies ikernel.exe therefore it may cuase InstallShield has problem.

If you are a Norton Anti-Virus user, you can update virus definition to resolve this issue. Please update the virus definitions for your version of Norton Anti-Virus at http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/download.html

Please update the Virus Definitions and try to install PowerDVDSE again.
