I have seen that Cyberlink offering a DVD Add-on pack (called PowerDVD SE) for Windows Media Player for Windows XP. Is this the same as PowerDVD XP 4.0 ?

Cyberlink offers two add-on packs (also called Power Packs) for Windows Media Player for Windows XP. One add-on is called PowerDVD SE. It enables users to watch DVD titles on Windows Media Player for Windows XP. The other add-on is called MP3 PowerEncoder and allows user to rip MP3s on their Windows Media Player for Windows XP. Both applications are plug-in software. Meaning that users need to have Windows MediaPlayer for Windows XP pre-installed. Although PowerDVDSE enables users to playback DVDs, the functions and features are limited. For users who would want to have the complete DVD navigation features, PowerDVD is the choice. It is a stand-alone software and supports Windows XP.
