When playing DVD with Media Player, the video quality is very poor. Why?
Mostly this happens when VMR is on. One of the following actions should solve your problem.
- Please update your VGA driver to the latest VMR-ready version. For more information, please contact your Graphics Card vendor.
If it doesn't work, you can disable VMR and use Video Renderer instead. - You can do as the following: Start --> Run --> type "regedit"--> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> Software --> Cyberlink --> PowerDVD --> Find "EnableVMR" in the right dialogue windows and then right click "EnableVMR" and choose "Modify" in the dialogue window and input "0" in the "Value Data" and press "OK".
