Why there is no sub-picture option available when playing back DVD titles?

This is because the DirectDraw mode for your video graphic card is not properly activated. This will result in no sub-picture when viewing DVD titles. We recommend the following solutions:

1. Install DirectX 6 or higher.
2. Re-install the latest video graphic card driver (for best display quality, please install the original driver from the graphic card manufacturer).
3. Lower your screen resolution, refresh rate and color depth.
