I can't launch my PowerDVD Copy program. What can I do?

This may be caused by Microsoft's Anti-Spyware program. If it is installed on your PC, you may want to uninstall it, and then reinstall PowerDVD Copy followed by the latest patch. 

 

If problem persist, please register PowerDVD Copy first, and then delete this folder "OLRSubmission" under C:\Program files\CyberLink\PowerDVD Copy.
