What should I notice before using DV QuickScan function of PowerDirector?
- Ideally, QuickScan should start recording from the beginning of a tape. If your tape contains recorded content, please rewind it to the start.
- Avoid ejecting and reloading the tape frequently, which causes time code disruptions and may generate errors during scanning.
- Avoid leaving blank segments in the middle of a tape. Use the "End Search" button (on most camcorders) to locate the end of the recorded section before shooting new video content.
*Please note that MicroMV is not supported in QuickScan.
