Why am I unable to watch TV via PowerDirector?

Before you try to watch TV via PowerDirector, please go through the following steps:

1. Check for compatible TV tuner cards recommended on the PowerDirector product website.
2. Install the TV tuner card with the latest driver. Make sure the TV tuner card is able to work properly. Check its status
   "Start" => "Settings" => "Control Panel" => "System" =>"Hardware" => "Device Manager" => "Audio, Video and Game controller". If it does not work properly, please contact the TV tuner vendor to assist.
3. Update the required programs:
   ‧DirectX
   ‧Windows Media Player 9 or 10
   ‧IE 6.0 or above
4. Then install PowerDirector to try again.
