How do I use the NVIDIA GPU powered features (e.g., NVIDIA Video Noise Removal, Room Echo Removal) in CyberLink PowerDirector 365? I received a message saying my hardware is not compatible.
CyberLink PowerDirector 365 (released after Dec 2021) supports a series of NVIDIA GPU hardware powered features: NVIDIA Video* Noise Removal in the Video Denoise tool, and Room Echo Removal in the AI DeReverb tool in the quick edit panel. These features utilize the NVIDIA GPU hardware's computing power to process and add the effects to your media clips.
To use the NVIDIA GPU hardware powered features, your platform must meet the following conditions in addition to the the minimum system requirements of PowerDirector 365:
|
Operating System |
Microsoft Windows 11/10 |
|---|---|
|
Processor (CPU) |
Intel Core i5 8600, AMD Ryzen R5 2600 or higher (Recommended) |
|
Graphics Processor (GPU) |
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, Quadro RTX 3000, TITAN RTX or higher that supports NVIDIA Broadcast SDK** feature |
|
GPU Driver |
NVIDIA Studio Driver Version 462.46, Game Ready Driver Version 465.89, NVIDIA RTX Enterprise Driver Version 462.59, or above. |
|

The Internet connection is required to download or update the NVIDIA features components. |
If your platform is not compatible to use the NVIDIA GPU features, you can still use the built-in Video Denoise and DeReverb features in PowerDirector to edit your video and audio clips.
If your platform is compatible with the above NVIDIA features but you are still receiving a hardware incompatible message, please contact our customer support team for further assistance:
