Why did I receive a message saying that my operating system or CPU is not supported when using the AI related features in CyberLink PowerDirector 365?

Updates to the AI related features* in CyberLink PowerDirector 365 require both Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit (and above versions) and the CPU hardware instruction set (AVX2).

13. AI Text to Speech
14. Face Blur
15. AI Text-Based Editing

 

If your computer's CPU or operating system doesn’t meet the requirements, a message will display informing you.

If you receive the message, we suggest you to check the CPU requirements below as reference.
As a workaround, move to another platform that meets the CPU requirements, or use the other features and check if they can meet your requirements.

CPU Processor	The Intel and AMD CPU processor that support AVX2 Intel Haswell(4th generation) processor: Core i7-4770 (only Core and Xeon branded), and above AMD AMD Ryzen™ 3 1200 and above
