How do I use the AI Object Selection Effect feature in CyberLink PowerDirector 21?
CyberLink PowerDirector 21/365 now supports using AI technology to apply effects on detected objects in your video. The feature will select the most prominent object in the video and apply the effect on it automatically.
To apply an effect on a single object in your video, you can go to the "Effect Room" > "Style " > "AI Object Selection" category or refer to the following steps:
1. Select an effect in the "Style Effect" category in the Effect Room (F4), and then drag it to your video on the timeline.
2. Click the clip on the timeline and then select the "Effect" button. Or, click the effect icon on the clip and select the effect you would like to edit.
3. In the Effect Settings window, enable the option "Auto select most prominent object."
4. You can enable the "Invert masked area" feature to apply the effect on the background.
