When I try to upgrade PowerCinema I get the following error message "Your system must have CyberLink Power Cinema installed...". What can I do?

CyberLink has many OEM versions of PowerCinema. When upgrading to the full version of PowerCinema 6, the setup program auto detect the previous version installed on your system. However, the setup program is sometimes unable to detect certain OEM versions. Please contact CyberLink Customer Support for further assistance if this is the case.
