I am using PowerCinema to watch TV on my PC but viewing is not smooth. How can I improve it?

The following settings are helpful to use less computing power to watch TV

1. Reduce display settings as 1024x768x32 bits, 60Hz
2. Enter "TV" => "Settings" => "Recordings Settings" => "Quality" => Select "Good"
3. And disable "Time-Shifting"
