Can commercial be skipped automatically when PowerCinema is recording television programs?

The commercial advertisement cannot be skipped directly when using PowerCinema to record.

Certain analog tape recorders/players can receive different analog television signals and distinguish the advertising from the program. However, PowerCinema directly reads the digital signals from the TV tuner card and therefore it cannot skip advertisement during the recording process.
