I plug in my digital camera but it doesn't display on the acquire page. What should I do?

Please go through the following process below:

1. Ensure the digital camera driver has been installed. (Some digital cameras require their driver to be set-up.)
2. Make sure the camera is on and the interface (USB or IEEE1394) is connected between PC and camera.
3. If PowerCinema still can't detect the camera, please check whether the camera has shown in File explore.
4. If the camera doesn't show in file explore, please follow step1& 2 again and restart the program.
