My CyberLink remote control is not working with PowerCinema 6. What can I do?

After you plugged-in the USB receiver, windows will auto detect the USB device and install the driver. There is no special driver for the CyberLink Infrared Remote Control. If your remote control is not working with PowerCinema, please try to unplug the USB receiver and then plug it back into the USB port. Do not plug it into a USB HUB.
After installing the USB receiver, you can go to "Control Panel->Device Manager". It should have "HID Keyboard Device" in "Keyboards".
