Does PowerCinema 4 support "always on top", so I can watch TV on my PC while I work?

No, PowerCinema 4 does not support this feature. It is only available in some OEM bundled versions, and in our previous version--PowerCinema 3.

Note: A bundled version refers to your software came free with some hardware and OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer (i.e. IBM, Acer, Medion, ATI).
