Why is PowerBackup unable to backup some folders or files?

Those folders or files could be "system files", "hidden files" or files being locked by other programs. To remove the hidden or system limitation, go to "Options" => "Filter" => Check on "Do not backup the following files type" => Select "Hidden files and folders" and "Protected operation system files" => Click "Remove" and "OK".

After this procedure you should be able to backup those files except for locked files currently in use by yourself or other users (i.e. if you're in a Network). To backup the files, please close them.
