Yes. Disc Copy supports one or two optical drives. If your source drive (reader) and destination drive (writer) are the same, Power2Go will read all data from the source disc and generate an image file to store on the hard drive. Afterwards, Power2Go will ask you to insert a writable optical disc into the drive (burner).
