Why does the video I recorded have such a poor quality?
We recommend that you can click on the Display tab to configure the following display settings:
Camera
- Brightness: use the slider to adjust the brightness/darkness of the webcam image
- Contrast: use the slider to adjust the difference in proportion between lights and darks in the webcam image.
- Advanced Settings: click the Advanced Settings button to adjust the Advanced Settings of your webcam device. Please consult your webcam's user manual for a detailed description on the configuration of these controls.
