Why do I have poor audio quality when recording in CyberLink AudioDirector 12/365?
Please check the following:
- Ensure your audio recording device is in a quiet place or with minimal external interference.
- Move your audio recording device closer to the audio source.
- Update your audio recording device driver to the latest version from the device manufacturer.
- Some microphone or audio recording devices support audio enhancement features on the Windows platform where the audio processing causes a delay or intermittent sounds during recording. In most cases (if this occurs), you can check and resolve this concern by following these steps:
- Right click on the volume control icon in Windows desktop's system tray.
- Select Sounds to open the Sound Control Panel on Windows.
- Select the Recording tab, and then select the microphone or audio input device you currently use.
- Click the Properties button on the control panel, and then check if there is an Audio Enhancement tab available in the Properties window.
- If yes, click the tab and disable all enhancement effects on the microphone.
- Click OK to save the settings, and then reboot Windows.
Check if the voice recording condition has improved when you are recording audio in AudioDirector.
