How do I use the Enlarge Photo feature in CyberLink PhotoDirector 365?

The new version of PhotoDirector 365 (released after Dec. 2022) supports the Enlarge Photo feature, which uses AI processing1 to enlarge and upscale your photos from their original size 2.

Follow the steps below to use the feature:

  1. Select a photo to edit in your Library.
  2. Right click on the photo to open the context menu, and then select Enlarge Photo.
  3. Select the enlarge amount3 (the maximum is 4x) in the Enlarge Photo editing window.
  4. Click OK to process and export the enlarged photo.

The enlarged photo will be saved as a PNG image file, and imported into your PhotoDirector Library automatically. It will be positioned next to your original photo in the photo browser panel.

Note:

  1. The AI-assisted feature requires Windows 10 OS or above versions. It is not supported on the legacy Windows 7/8/8.1 platforms.
  2. The maximum photo size that supports up-scaling is 8,192 x 8,192 pixels.
  3. The larger you want the new photo to be, the more RAM (memory) on your platform you'll need to process the photo enlargement. 8 GB or above is recommended.
