What should I notice before using PowerDirector 4.0 DV QuickScan?

• Ideally, QuickScan should start recording from the beginning of a tape. If your tape contains recorded content, please rewind it to the start.
• Avoid ejecting and reloading the tape frequently, which causes time code disruptions and may generate errors during scanning.
• Avoid leaving blank segments in the middle of a tape. Use the "End Search" button (on most camcorders) to locate the end of the recorded section before shooting new video content.

Note: MicroMV is not supported in QuickScan.
