I have been connected my DV to PC with IEEE 1394 card, but I still can't get the video/audio, Why?

(1) Please make sure you have turned the DV power on and set PowerVCR II 3.0 to "VCR" mode. (2) Please do install IEEE1394 with the driver built in Windows.
