There are 8 bitrate options in your User Interface. Can you tell me why I can only have 4 options with my Windows Media Player?
It's the limitation by the design of Windows Media Player, which preserves only 4 slots for plug-in programs. Further more, there is no UI provided to change the bitrate setting. However, CyberLink provides a configuration tool that allows users to change the MP3 settings in Windows Media Player. Please use "Windows Media Player Configuration" under "Start Menu\Programs\CyberLink Power Packs\MP3 PowerEncoder" to change the settings of Media Player.
