Can MediaShow Espresso convert video files into the PAL format?

Yes it can.  To have videos in MediaShow Espresso converted into the PAL format, you must ensure the system language setting within your operating system's Regional and Language Options is set to a country that uses PAL. 

To do this:

1. Go into the Control Panel within Windows.
2. Select Regional and Language Options.
3. Within Windows 7 and Vista, select the Administrative tab, and then select your country's language (for example English (Australia) for users in Australia) by clicking Change system location button. Within Windows XP, click on the Advanced tab and then select your country's language from the Language for non-Unicode programs drop down.
4. Click OK.

If the country you selected uses the PAL format, video files converted in MediaShow Espresso are in the PAL format.
