The video doesn’t play smoothly while playing the movie file created with MediaShow 4.0. Why?

Also, please visit the website of your VGA’s manufacturer to update your VGA driver.

If the problem remains after doing the steps above, please contact Cyberlink Technical Support at http://support.cyberlink.com with the DxDiag.txt file attached.

The steps to obtain Dxdiag.txt:
Start > Run > type "DxDiag" > a dialog window pops up with system information> Click the button Save All the Information > There will be a file "DxDiag.txt" created.
