There is no audio while playing an MPEG-2 file created with MediaShow 4.0. Why?

The steps to obtain Dxdiag.txt:
Start > Run > type "DxDiag" > a dialog window pops up with system information> Click the button Save All the Information > There will be a file "DxDiag.txt" created.
