After installing CyberLink Media Suite 9 successfully, individual programs (PowerDVD, PowerDirector, Power2Go, etc.) ask me for an activation key. Where can I get the activation key to activate the program?

Issue:

Program asks me for activation key.

Cause:

1. You click “Activation” within the Help menu/configuration.
2. We are investigating the root cause of activation prompts poping up when launching individual programs.

Solution:

1. CyberLink Media Suite 9 needs only one activation key to activate CyberLink Media Suite 9 when installing. No need to activate individual program after installing successfully.
2. Some users encountered activation prompts when launching every program. We are investigating the root cause of this issue. Please contact CyberLink Customer Support for further assistance.
